Unified GCC Tourist Visa 2025

The new GCC unified tourist visa, named Grant Tours Visa expected to launch late 2025 or early 2026, with this Unified Tourist Visa, travellers can go to all six Gulf countries, including the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain and Kuwait without the need to obtain separate visas for each country.

With one significant exception, the GCC Unified Tourist Visa permits visitors to enter all six Gulf nations using a single visa. Similar to the Schengen Visa, this would allow travelers to travel freely among the participating countries.

This visa is known as Grand Tours visa allows an applicant to enter all six GCC countries from anywhere in the world. There won’t be any specific entry or exit point as a person can exit any of the six countries. You can travel to all the six Gulf countries from within by road, air or any available means.

Who Can Apply for the Unified Grand GCC Visa?

The Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries generally issue e-visas to most nationalities worldwide. However, some nationalities may have additional requirements based on their country of origin and the purpose of travel.

As per the recent decision by the tourism and economy authorities, the Unified GCC Visa is available to most nationalities already eligible to visit GCC countries.

Unified GCC Tourist Visa Requirements 

The common visa requirements for all GCC countries remain the same, whether you are applying separately for each country or for the Unified GCC Visa.

The basic requirements are:

• Passport copy with at least 6 months validity from your travel date

• Passport-size photo

• Confirmed flight ticket (travel itinerary)

• Hotel booking

• Proof of sufficient funds for travel expenses (“show money”)

Additionally, you may be required to provide your last 3 to 6 months’ bank statements as supporting documents.   

Visa Fee

As of now, the official fee for the Unified GCC Visa has not been confirmed by the authorities. Each GCC country currently follows a different pricing range for tourist visas. The expected cost is between AED 4,000 and AED 5,000, but this may vary depending on the applicant’s nationality and the type of visa requested—whether single-entry or multiple-entry.

Single Entry Visa Validity

The validity of the Unified GCC Visa depends on the type of visa issued and your chosen requirements. If you apply for a short-term single-entry visa, the validity will be 30 days, and the permitted stay period will also be 30 days. Travelers can decide how to divide their stay among GCC countries within the validity period, based on their travel plans.

Multiple-Entry Visa Validity

If you apply for a multiple-entry Unified GCC Visa, the validity is 1 year. This allows you to travel freely between GCC countries multiple times during that period. Each stay is subject to the duration permitted on your visa, but you can re-enter as often as needed within the one-year validity.
