Go directly to the UAE Identity and Citizenship Authority's official e-channel. Do not use third-party sites — the only authoritative source is the ICP portal itself.

Select "File Validity" from the Menu
On the ICP portal homepage, look for the "File Validity" or "Visa & ID Check" section. This covers both residency files and visit/tourist visas.
